While I didn’t get any information about this video, it has a very Brazilian feel to it. The video depicts the authorities recovering the remains of a man who was decapitated, dismembered and stuffed inside black garbage bags. The forensic examiner pulls individual pieces out of the bags, and shows them off for the camera.
